The program includes a four-day intensive and interactive training course that culminates in the Certified Diversity Sourcing Professional (CDSP) certification exam. The training covers the six core sourcing skill areas from our original Certified People Sourcing Professional exam but specifically focuses on applying those skills to diversity sourcing.

There was a tremendous response to Irina's first Let's Search on GitHub blog, check out what she shares in this update. We’re working on a new online tool that will do the same thing as the table, but way better and easier. You’ll be able to search for Github users by language and location and get a spreadsheet with their info, like profiles and emails. How cool is that? It’ll probably take us a month or so to get it ready.
